Terms and Conditions for Catering and Private Dining
Booking and Confirmation:
A booking is considered binding once confirmed in writing, covering the choice of menu, date, time, number of guests, and specific needs or requests. This also includes confirming the kitchen setup and all agreed-upon appliances.
Host Requirements:
Hosts are required to provide an induction or gas stove, oven, and refrigerator. They should also provide service items such as glasses, cutlery, and plates (including larger ones for shared meals). We are happy to assist in sourcing or renting these items if needed.
Our Services:
We specialize in providing exceptional catering and private dining experiences, focusing on food preparation and presentation. Our primary service only includes cleaning or waiter duties if expressly agreed upon. Additional personnel such as waiters or bartenders are available at DKK 2,500 (excl. VAT) per half day (up to six hours). Please inform us if you require these services, and we will happily accommodate your needs.
Arrival, Setup, and Departure:
Our team will arrive one hour before service to set up and prepare for the event. We are committed to leaving the kitchen and event area as we found, ensuring all used spaces are cleaned and equipment tidied before our departure. Our services conclude once all scheduled culinary tasks for the event have been completed. The exact timing of our departure will be determined by the operational needs of each event.
Minimum Price:
All services are subject to a minimum charge of DKK 10,000 (excl. VAT).
Prepayment and Invoicing:
For events costing over DKK 20,000 (excl. VAT), a 50% prepayment is required at booking. The remainder is invoiced post-event and due within eight days. If an event is cancelled after the deadline, we will retain the prepayment to cover incurred costs. The final invoice will be issued on the day of the event, and payment is due within eight days. Any additional charges, such as extra wines opened on the day, will be included in this final invoice.
Menu and Beverages:
Menu and beverage prices are subject to change due to market and seasonal variations. The final menu is confirmed ten days before the event, with potential day-of adjustments due to supplier or seasonal conditions.
Changes and Additions:
Guest numbers and service details can be adjusted up to 10 days before the event. Changes post-deadline require approval and may incur fees. Changes to the event schedule not previously agreed upon will incur a fee of 10% of the total cost per started hour over the scheduled time.
Cancellation of the Event:
There is no charge for cancellations more than a month prior. A fee of 50% of the total amount will be charged for cancellations made between ten days to one month before the event. A fee of 100% of the total amount will be charged for cancellations made less than ten days prior. In case adverse weather affects outdoor events, standard cancellation fees apply. For force majeure events, only incurred expenses up to that point will be charged.
Transport:
Transport within metropolitan Copenhagen is included and will be handled by us.
Food Surplus:
We reserve the right to manage excess food according to health regulations.
Liability and Damages:
Clients' insurance should cover any damages or loss of property during the event. Clients are responsible for ensuring their insurance is sufficient.
Payment Methods Accepted:
Payments are accepted only via bank transfers. All payments must be made in the currency specified on the invoice.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:
This agreement is governed by and construed per the laws of Denmark. Disputes will be resolved through negotiation or settled in the Danish courts.
